Terms of Use, Trading House Online

Words used in these Terms.

"Event" means the Trading House Online live event announced on our Website.
The "sessions" are the live online educational and theory sessions Bills Ricci runs in connection with the Event. Some are open to everyone. Others are held only in private groups.
"Bills Ricci" means the trader who hosts the Event and the sessions. The "hosts" are Bills Ricci and any other person who presents the Event or the sessions for us.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to bills-trading.com (the "Website"), our messaging tools, such as a Telegram bot (the "bot"), and our chat groups on messaging apps such as Telegram (the "groups"), operated by Bills Trading ("we", "us", "our"). They also govern your attendance at the Event and the sessions. Together, the Website, the bot, the groups, the Event and the sessions are "our Services". By using the Website, the bot or the groups, or by registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.

Bills Trading and Bills Ricci. Bills Trading provides the Services and is responsible for its obligations under these Terms. Bills Ricci presents the Event and sessions on behalf of Bills Trading. Bills Ricci does not personally guarantee any outcome from the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

When you register for the Event or create an account with us, you must expressly accept these Terms and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing or promotional use of your personal information.

Age. You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to enter contracts where you live. Anyone who meets this condition can attend the Event and the open sessions, subject to applicable law and any eligibility conditions disclosed before registration. We may ask for proof of age at any time and remove anyone who does not meet it.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, except material changes, for which we will give reasonable advance notice. Material changes affecting an existing registration require your agreement unless reasonably necessary to comply with law, a binding regulatory requirement or a material security issue. Any such change will be limited to what is necessary, and accrued rights will be preserved to the extent lawful. You may stop using the Services if you do not agree to revised Terms, without affecting rights or obligations already accrued.

Other terms may apply. Some features, services, registrations, or purchases may be governed by additional terms (for example, program terms or a separate written agreement). If there is a conflict, the more specific terms will prevail for that specific feature, service, registration, or purchase. We will make applicable additional terms available before you agree to the relevant feature, service, registration or purchase. No additional terms restrict mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Website Availability

We strive to keep the Website accessible but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Content may be updated, changed, or removed at our discretion. These actions remain subject to Section 1 and do not remove accrued rights under these Terms. Any resulting liability is subject to Section 10 and applicable law.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Website, the bot or the groups may require you to create an account with us or provide login credentials. This is separate from any trading account you hold with a broker.

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
Accept responsibility for activity you authorise under your account and for unauthorised activity to the extent caused by your breach of these Terms.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any security issue.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe there is misuse, a security risk, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully, and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful or malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Website without our written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation or other users' access.
Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or unauthorized advertising.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Submit false or misleading information, or the contact information of another person without their consent.
Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts, or reporting unlawful activity to authorities.

Rules in our groups and live chats. These rules are also pinned in each group.

Do not promote anything, including in private messages: no products, services, groups or links.
Do not give trading advice or trade calls to other members.
Do not harass, insult or threaten anyone.
Do not record, copy or repost our sessions or group messages outside our groups.
Do not pretend to be Bills Ricci, our team, a broker or another member.
Do not ask other members for money, account access or personal information, including in private messages.

Anything members post is their own opinion, not advice from us. We may remove any message, and anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.

Beware of impostors. We never ask you for your password or card details, and we never ask you to send money to us or to a person. Anyone who does is an impostor. Report it to us.

5. User Content

"User Content" means anything you submit, post, or send through the Website, the bot or the groups, or during the Event and the sessions, such as comments, reviews, testimonials, video answers, questions, feedback, or other materials. You retain ownership of your content.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with no time limit, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving our Website and business, subject to applicable law and the permissions and withdrawal rights below. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content.
Your User Content doesn't violate any law or the rights of any third party.
Your User Content isn't false, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove or refuse to publish User Content at our discretion. We are not responsible for User Content submitted by users, subject to Section 10 and applicable law.

Recordings. The Event and the sessions are recorded. We may replay them, edit them and use them to present our Services and our business, worldwide, subject to applicable law and the permissions below. Before you appear on camera or by voice, for example in a live session, a video answer or a testimonial, we tell you that it is recorded and may be replayed. By going ahead after receiving this notice, you agree that we may show your image, voice, first name and country in the live session and its replay, free of charge.

Before using your image, voice, name or other identifiable User Content in advertising or promotional material, we will obtain your separate permission identifying the intended uses and how to withdraw it. This permission is optional and is not a condition of participation.

Stopping use of your image. You may withdraw your permission at any time by contacting us to stop using your image, voice, name or other identifiable User Content in our marketing. We then stop any new use and remove it from the marketing we control as soon as we reasonably can.

Unsolicited ideas. If you send us suggestions or ideas, you agree we may use them without compensation or obligation to you, subject to the permissions above.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website and all content on it (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, design, and layout) are owned by Bills Trading or its licensors. The same applies to the Event, the sessions, their recordings and the content shared in our bot and groups. They are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited permission. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and this content for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Website.
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

You may print or download individual pages for personal use provided you do not modify them and you keep all notices intact.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, contact us with:

(a) what you believe is infringed;

(b) where it appears;

(d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.

7. Third-Party Links

The Website, the bot and the groups may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms, subject to Section 10 and applicable law. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Email and Messaging Communications

When you register for the Event, we send you messages about it and the sessions by email, SMS and messaging apps. We send news about future events only where the law allows it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Agreeing to marketing messages is never a condition of attending the Event. Our Privacy Policy explains which messages we send, how to stop them and how we handle your contact details and consent.

9. Disclaimers

This section applies to our Services and to everything we share in them.

Site provided "as is". The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the Website will always be available, secure, or error-free.

No warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and conditions (express or implied) relating to the Website and its content.

Information is general. Our content is for general educational, informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice (legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, or otherwise). You should consult a qualified professional before relying on it. Details shown on the Website (dates, format, hosts) may change, subject to Section 1.

We are not a broker. We organise and promote the Event and the sessions. We are not a broker: we do not hold your money, run trading accounts or execute trades, and we do not hold CMA approval. We are not a financial adviser either.

General education only. During the Event and the sessions, and in our bot and groups, Bills Ricci shares general financial concepts and risk awareness. We do not provide recommendations to buy, sell or hold particular financial products, price forecasts, trading signals or live trade entry or exit instructions. Our content does not take account of your individual financial circumstances, experience or goals, and does not assess whether any trade suits you.

Except as described in our Challenge Terms, we do not promote or recommend brokers or financial products, introduce customers to brokers, provide broker referral links or receive compensation for broker referrals, deposits or trading activity. Except for the Challenge described in our Challenge Terms, we do not operate a real-money trading Challenge or make participation or prizes dependent on broker account opening, deposits or trading. Attendance at the Event is free and does not require a trading account or deposit.

Your decisions are yours. Whether you place a trade, which trade, and with what size, is your decision alone.

Trading risk. Trading leveraged products, including forex, gold and contracts for difference (CFDs), carries a high risk of losing money. You can lose more than you expect in a short time. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Results shown are not a promise of your results or a reliable indication of what you should expect.

No guaranteed results. We don't guarantee any outcome from using the Website, content, or anything offered through it. Results depend on many factors and vary by person and situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This covers damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our Services. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

US$100; or
the amounts you paid us (if any) for our Services in the 12 months before the act giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for losses on your trading account caused solely by your own trading decisions or the independent acts, omissions, services or platform of any broker. This does not exclude liability for our own acts or omissions where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under any law that applies. Nothing restricts mandatory consumer rights, statutory compensation rights or regulatory powers. Every exclusion and financial cap in these Terms is subject to these exceptions.

The limits in this section also protect Bills Ricci and the other hosts of the Event and the sessions, subject to the same exceptions.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bills Trading, its directors, officers, employees, hosts (including Bills Ricci) and service providers from any third-party claim, liability, damage, loss, or reasonable legal fees arising out of:

Your material breach of these Terms.
Your unlawful use of our Services.
Any content or information you submit that is false or that infringes another person's rights (including intellectual property or privacy).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time on reasonable grounds. Reasons may include violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or security risks, or operational and compliance needs. We will give reasonable notice where practicable, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary to address a material breach, suspected fraud, security risks or legal requirements.

You may stop using the Website at any time. To close your account with us, if any, or request deletion of your information, contact us or refer to our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions. Termination does not affect rights or obligations already accrued under these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute related to them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Courts. You and we agree, specifically, clearly and expressly, that the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent the law allows. This covers any dispute related to our Services or these Terms. This choice is made under Article 14(B) of Dubai Law No. 2 of 2025 concerning the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts. This section also applies to any claim against Bills Ricci or our other hosts related to our Services.

Your consumer rights. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. This includes your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms obliges you to arbitrate or prevents you from joining a collective claim where the law gives you that right.

Talk to us first. Before starting a legal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This does not limit your legal rights.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with any additional terms applicable under Section 1, form the agreement between you and us. It covers your use of our Services.
Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No Waiver: if we don't enforce a provision right away, we are not giving up our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples are outages, third-party platform failures, actions of a messaging platform or an advertising platform, natural disasters, strikes, or government or regulatory actions.
Headings: headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
